We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here is our easy guide to returns and exchanges.


 

1.     All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


2.     Returning or Exchanging Items

When can you return items?
You can return items if:

  • The wrong item was sent (wrong colour, size, or product).
  • The item is defective (has a manufacturing problem or was damaged during shipping), or

 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

How long do you have to return? 

Returns for defective or incorrect items must be requested within ten (10) days from the day you received your order. 

What condition should items be in?

Please return items:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • With all original tags attached 

Items cannot be returned if:

  • They are hygiene-sensitive such as innerwear or scrunchies
  • They are sale, promotional, or marked as “Defect” items
  • Items are soiled, damaged, or misused by the customer

 How to Return an Item 

  • Contact us via email at guzelklhq@gmail.com with:

·       Your order number

·       Description of the issue

·       A clear unboxing video showing the package condition and the defect

 

  • We will verify your request and give you instructions for returning the item. 
  • Send the item back using a tracked courier service to:

  • The item will be reviewed upon receipt to confirm any defects or errors.

 What Happens Next

  • If the item is defective or wrong, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
      • Replacement with the same item
      • Refund to your original payment method 
  • If the item was damaged by customer misuse, the return may be denied, and we will explain why.

We reserve the right to assess each case individually to ensure a fair outcome.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


4. Shipping Costs

We only cover shipping for items that are defective or incorrect.


5. Keeping You Informed

We will send you email updates for every step:

  • When we receive your return
  • After inspecting the item
  • When your refund or replacement is processed

 

6. In-Store Policy

All purchases made in our physical store are final. We kindly ask customers to inspect items carefully before purchasing.

A one-time exchange are welcome within ten (10) days of purchase, provided the item is in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached. Any price difference will not be refunded. Please note that hygiene-sensitive items (innerwear or scrunchie) are not eligible for exchange.
